Two Orchards 2020 Traditional Method Cider


An elegant, dry cider made with a combination of hand-picked Sussex apples from our home trees, and tannic fruit from ancient West Country orchards.

After careful selection, the apples are pressed slowly and gently for over an hour to allow the full expression of the fruit to find its way into our steel vessels and oak barrels. The following spring, the blend is assembled, then bottled and left to mature in our cellar for a minimum of 24 months. In this time the cider undergoes its secondary fermentation where it gains its natural sparkle and clarity.

Unfiltered and made with minimal intervention by Ted & Fred in Wisborough Green, West Sussex.
